Reserve as early as you can for summer weeks, since cabanas book up first during peak season. Last-minute requests are worth making anyway, because cancellations open up regularly.
Our weekly rental period runs Sunday through Friday, which matches the Saturday changeover for most rental properties on the island. Rentals that start on a Saturday carry an additional day fee.
Yes. Cabanas, chairs, and cooler service are all available by the day as well as by the week. Tell us your dates when you submit your request and we will confirm availability.
Your cabana is standing and anchored by 9:00 AM on each day of your rental. Our team works the island early so the setup is finished before the beach fills in.
Setups go on the beach directly in front of your rental property. If your property is not oceanfront, we place your setup at the closest and most convenient public beach access.
Every cabana carries the Seabreeze logo on the peak and a corner tag printed with your name and rental address. Look for the tag when you reach the sand.
Contact us and we will move it, as long as the new spot is within our service area and the request comes with reasonable notice. Please do not move the setup yourself, since the anchoring has to be redone properly for it to stay safe.
No. Take-down begins at 5:00 PM and our team handles it if you are still on the beach and also if you are already back at the house.
Card payments are invoiced by email and can be settled any time during your rental period. Cash payments are collected in person on the last date of your rental.
No. Delivery, setup, anchoring, and take-down are included in the rental rate, on every day of your stay.
If conditions are unsafe for an anchored structure, our team takes the setup down and puts it back up once the weather clears. Refunds for lost days are handled case by case, and we will go over the specifics with you directly.
The cabana is a 10-foot by 10-foot slant leg structure. It shades four to five people comfortably, with room underneath for chairs, towels, and a cooler.
Our chairs sit low to the ground, fold flat, and carry on padded backpack-style straps. Each one has an insulated cooler pouch on the back, a built-in cup holder, and storage pockets for a phone, sunscreen, and keys.
