At Seabreeze Cabana Rentals, the safety and enjoyment of our guests, staff, and surrounding beachgoers are our top priorities. Please review the following refund and cancellation policies before booking.

Weather Refund Policy

Weather-related refunds are provided when we are unable to set up your rental for an entire scheduled rental day due to unsafe weather conditions.

• Refunds will be issued for rental days after the third full weather day that we are unable to provide setup.
• A weather day means that we are unable to set up your rental at any point during the entire scheduled day.
• Refunds are based on the number of full rental days that we are unable to provide service.
• Early takedowns do not qualify for a refund.

Early Takedown Policy

For the safety of our guests, staff, and other beachgoers, Seabreeze Cabana Rentals may need to take down rental equipment early when weather conditions become unsafe.

Early takedowns may occur due to:

• Heavy rain
• Lightning
• Sustained winds exceeding 18 mph
• Other unsafe weather conditions at our discretion

There are no refunds for early takedowns. We will not take down equipment early due to light rain alone.

Weather conditions can change throughout the day, and our team will make the final decision regarding whether equipment can safely remain set up.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date may not qualify for a full refund.
