Renting from Seabreeze takes four steps, and none of them happen on your beach day. You choose your dates, tell us what you need, and confirm the details with our team. Everything after that is ours to carry.
Decide on a single day, a long weekend, or the full week. Our weekly rental period runs Sunday through Friday, since most guests on the island check in and out on Saturday. Rentals that start on a Saturday carry an additional day fee.
Tell us how many cabanas your group needs and how many chairs to go with them. Add cooler service if you would rather have cold drinks waiting than carry them down yourself. Group size and length of stay are the two things that drive the order, so have both ready.
Send us your dates and the address of your rental property through the order form. A member of our team follows up to confirm availability and walk through where your setup will go. Card payments are invoiced by email and can be settled any time during the rental period, and cash payments are collected in person on your last rental date.
Walk out to a setup that is already standing, anchored, and ready to use. Your cabana carries the Seabreeze logo on the peak and a corner tag with your name on it. Take-down happens at the end of the day without you being there for it.
With Seabreeze Tent Rentals, getting comfortable shade at the beach is simple. We provide the tent, handle the setup and take-down, and help make your beach day more convenient and enjoyable.
Your cabana is standing and anchored by 9:00 AM on each day of your rental. Our team works the island early, so the setup is finished before the beach fills in.
Setups are placed on the beach in front of your rental property. If your property is not oceanfront, we place it at the closest and most convenient public beach access.
Delivery, setup, secure anchoring, and take-down come with every rental, on every day of your stay. Take-down begins at 5:00 PM and you do not need to be present for it.
Towels, sunscreen, food, and anything you want in the cooler.
Chairs, canopies, tent weights, ice, and the cooler itself if you have added cooler service.
If winds pick up past what is safe for an anchored structure, our team takes the setup down and puts it back up once conditions allow.
